VC211 Computer Illustration
Mondays & Wednesdays 8:00pm - 11:00pm
An introduction to vector-based computer illustration and type layout. Software, terminology, and illustration techniques are taught through the completion of both print and web design projects. Upon completion of this course the student should be able to create original computer illustrations using drawing software. The student should develop the ability to resize, rotate, reflect and shear text and graphics. The student should also learn how to prepare documents for print.
