Stephanie + Jon
Tuscany, Italy
Borgo Argiano Winery
Toscana Mozzafiato....
Tuscany has a feeling unlike any other region in the world. The smell, the sun, the wind...it all feels different. Somehow warmer than what we're used to...
It was an incredible experience to follow Stephanie and Jon to Italy and document their wedding weekend!
Siena, a city in central Italy’s Tuscany region, is distinguished by its medieval brick buildings. The fan-shaped central square, Piazza del Campo, is the site of the Palazzo Pubblico, the Gothic town hall, and Torre del Mangia, a slender 14th-century tower with sweeping views from its distinctive white crown. The city’s 17 historic “contrade” (districts) extend outward from the piazza.
Siena was an absolute joy to explore for a few hours!
The Welcome Party
An elegant and exclusive country wine estate located in the centre of Chianti and just 20 minutes from the historic city of Siena.
The welcome party was held the day before the wedding and allowed guests to decompress, relax and share some drink after the journey to Italy. There was a wine tasting, made to order pizza and a delicious charcuterie spread. A few short speeches were given, some tears were shed and many laughs were shared!
"ti amerò per sempre"
The wedding day was a stunning all day affair with the ceremony overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The bride and groom got ready inside the villas at Borgo Argiano. Makeup, hair, a few family photos and we were off to the ceremony and.....well, I'll let the photos tell the story. Cheers & enjoy!
