What an incredible year! 2018 was unparalleled for me as a Chicago Wedding Photographer. I met so many wonderful people, shared drinks with them and photographed their weddings. It was great! I’m looking forward to 2019!!!
It’s no secret that the hardest part of wedding is the bride and groom portraits (at least that’s what people say). I’ve put together a list of some of my absolutely favorite portraits from 2018. When it comes to portraits I always have two goals. First is to create art which you’ll be proud to hang in your home, this has to be a mix of many photography concepts and rules. From symmetry to negative space and everything in between. But at the end of the day I want you to say “wow, that’s gorgeous and I’m in it!”
The second goal, is to give my couples photos which will make them remember how incredible and fun their wedding was. This has way more to do with the wedding day experience than the actual photo.
If you want portraits like this…if my work speaks to you…if you want to remember your wedding day for the epic party that it was….hire me. It’s that simple. No one will give you what I will give you.
