I first met Liz and Patrick when they hired me to photograph their engagements in Chicago. Be sure to check them out if you haven’t yet. I knew they were getting married in Detroit so it wasn’t till after they received their engagement photos they decided to commission us for their wedding and bring us to Detroit.
I haven’t been to Detroit in about 12 years so the idea of photographing a wedding there was particularly exciting. I am at my best when I am thrown into a new venue or setting – I love exploring new places and that’s what we did here. Detroit is pretty cool and Pat + Liz are now my friends. (Because friends grab their friends audio gear when their friends forget said audio gear in Detroit – thanks guys!!!!!)
